These are the general terms of the relationship between you (website visitor) and us (website owner). You agree to the terms by visiting and using this website (nalahealth.dog/za).

You must be 18 years or older and have the full legal right to enter into an agreement with another party to shop on Nala Health.

These terms and conditions are governed by South African law and the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

We provide the website “as is”. We do not give any express or implied warranty or make any other promise about this website. We do not warrant that it is good quality, fit for any particular purpose, accurate, complete, up-to-date, legally effective or secure. We also do not warrant that it is free of latent defects, errors, malicious software or infringing content, or that you will have quiet or uninterrupted use of it.

You use this website at your own risk and we make no warranties about it.

 

Acceptable use

Nala Health reserves the right to suspend and terminate users who engage in inappropriate or unacceptable use of the website. This includes, but is not exclusive to behaviour such as:

  • Advocating violence
  • Posting discriminatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic, or offensive content
  • Using the platform or site for illegal activities
  • Sending junk mail, spam, or chain letters
  • Exposing another user’s personal information, including username(s) and password(s)

You agree that you will not in any way interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website. In addition, you agree that you will not in any way use any tools to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the website or the information contained herein, without prior written consent from Nala Health.

You may not use the website to distribute material which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful.

You may not in any way display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the website and/or the information contained therein without the express prior written consent from Nala Health.

 

Order, delivery and payment Terms

Your purchase is binding when the order is completed in our online store. Once your order has been registered in the online store, an order confirmation will be sent to you automatically to the e-mail address you have provided. You have the right to return the goods purchased within 7 days of delivery.

Payment methods include card payments, Yoco or PayFast. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed successfully. If you require a tax invoice, please contact support@nalahealth.dog.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the payment details are correct and up to date. If the card has been stolen or expired on a date or similar it is your responsibility to remove and/or update your card details with us. We reserve the right to credit checks. If your card does not have sufficient coverage to be charged, you will receive an invoice by e-mail and only once the invoice is paid in full will your order be processed.

In cases where Nala Health offers a promotional introductory price, the offer can only be used once per household. This means that you cannot cancel your subscription or customer account, and then re-register and receive a new introductory price. After the first delivery, the subscription runs with deliveries at ordinary prices. Special promotions for existing customers may occur on individual items and/or the entire delivery. Discounts and offers can not be combined with other discounts and offers.

Nala Health has the right to terminate the agreement and can also cancel deliveries, e.g. as a result of outstanding payment. Nala Health reserves the right to make changes related to the service, products and/or price, for example as a result of increased costs from our suppliers. In the event of significant price changes or significant changes in the content of the service, affected customers will always be informed by SMS and/or e-mail. Small price adjustments will not be notified.

Subscriptions

Nala Health offers a subscription service for the items in the online store. There is no lock-in period for the subscription service. Our fee for shipping can be added according to the shipping terms and the same applies to any fees for different payment methods. There are no fixed costs or other taxes and fees.

  • Our subscriptions have no lock-in period and you can easily skip an order, change the delivery frequency or customize your delivery schedule on “My Account”.
  • In My Account, you can change and add products to Nala Health. The deadline for submitting changes to the subscription delivery is 5 working days before delivery.

The subscription is managed via «My account». Login details are sent by e-mail when you are registered in our register. You are responsible for notifying Nala Health if you do not receive an e-mail upon registration.

You are responsible for making the desired changes to your subscription. All changes must be made by 12.00, 5 working days before the shipment arrives to you. It is important that the address and delivery information is correct. It is your responsibility to check that all information on your order is correct.

 

Limitation of liability and warranty

We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the website, except during scheduled maintenance periods, and are entitled to discontinue providing the Website or any part thereof with or without notice to you.

Nala Health takes reasonable measures to ensure that the content of the website is accurate and complete. The Website and all content on the website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Nala Health is not liable for any damage, loss or expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential in nature, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website and/or any content therein unless otherwise provided by law.

Nala Health may terminate, suspend and modify this Website, with or without notice to you. You agree that Nala Health will not be liable to you in the event that it chooses to suspend, modify or terminate this website other than for processing any orders made by you prior to such time, to the extent possible.

  • You are responsible for keeping your usernames and passwords safe from others.
  • You need to contact us immediately if your credentials get stolen, or you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account on support@nalahealth.dog.
